Ninh Son Forestry Company announces the auction of two lots of round timber harvested from natural forests within the company's management area, under the main harvesting quota for 2009, according to Decision No. 4327/QD-UBND dated November 13, 2009, of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ninh Thuan province.
The timber is harvested from natural forest areas where sustainable forest management plans are being developed with the support of the German-Vietnamese Forestry Program GTZ, funded by the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal documents and timber history are clear, ensuring compliance with the requirements of manufacturers and exporters.
- For lot number 04 of round timber:
+ Volume: 174,711 m3, comprising 111 logs.
* Type:
– Section (N2): 26,585 m3 (Length ≥ 12 m, average length) consisting of 05 sections.
– Section (N2): 10,793 m3 (Length < 12 m) consisting of 3 sections.
– Tea tree oil (N4): 137,333 m3 comprising 103 logs.
+ Starting price: 929,433,400 VND (Nine hundred twenty-nine million four hundred thirty-three thousand four hundred dong). This price excludes VAT.
+ Deposit: VND 46,500,000 (Forty-six million five hundred thousand dong). This amount will be refunded immediately after the auction ends if the bidder is unsuccessful in purchasing the property.
+ Auction format: Sale of the entire lot, auction by bidding, bidding limit: 10,000,000 VND (Ten million Vietnamese Dong) or more per bid from the starting price.

– Rebar (Group 7): 11,626 m3 comprising 2 sections.
– Săng Mã (Group 7): 26,009 m3 comprising 15 logs.
– Mixed hardwood (Group 5 – Group 8): 5,384 m3 comprising 3 logs.
– Soft aggregate (Group 5 – Group 8): 3,626 m3 comprising 2 sections.
+ Starting price: 724,421,100 VND (Seven hundred twenty-four million four hundred twenty-one thousand one hundred Vietnamese Dong). This price excludes VAT.
+ Deposit: VND 36,300,000 (Thirty-six million three hundred thousand dong). This amount will be refunded immediately after the auction ends if the bidder is unable to purchase the property.
+ Auction format: Sale of the entire lot, auction by bidding, bidding limit: 8,000,000 VND (Eight million Vietnamese Dong) or more per bid from the starting price.
+ Auction participation fee: 500,000 VND (Five hundred thousand Vietnamese Dong)
+ Location for viewing and delivering timber: Ma Noi Forest Protection Management Station, Ma Noi commune, Ninh Son district, Ninh Thuan province.
+ Eligible bidders: Organizations and individuals holding a Business Registration Certificate for the wood processing and manufacturing industry.
+ Auction participation documents:
– Customer's application form for purchasing the property (according to the Company's template); if the customer cannot attend the auction, they may authorize another person to participate on their behalf (in the case of an individual, the authorization must be certified by the local authorities). The authorized person must simultaneously present the authorization from the officially registered organization/individual and their national identity card when participating in the auction.
– Business license for the correct business activities related to wood production, purchase of wooden construction materials, and civil carpentry (notarized photocopy).
– Customer's National Identity Card (Notarized photocopy)
– Copies of the business license tax payment receipt for 2010 and tax payment receipts for the three most recent months (Original documents must be included for verification).
